Stripe Information for schools setting up their account

Fantastic News!!! You have signed off on the Product Agreement for Stripe!

The next steps are to get your school set-up with your Stripe Account.

 

There are a few important steps we now need you to complete.

 

Step 1:  Use the link we send you via the relevant case to set up your Stripe account.

 

NB. The link is only valid for 7 days before it expires. If you start the application, the link stays valid beyond 7days.

Step 2: Enable BECS
This needs to be enabled so your parents do not receive an error if they try to make a payment on the parent portal using their Bank Account.

 

 

Step 3: Upgrade Synergetic Version
You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Synergetic.

OR if your school utilises the Self Deployment Tool (SDT), please ask your IT department to upgrade your production environment to the latest version. If they need assistance, they can request it via the following link: Synergetic Upgrades

 

We understand this is a lot of information, our Professional Services Process Leads will be with you to support you through these steps via your “Stripe” case.

 

Please advise via the relevant “Stripe” case when you have completed the steps so our Product team can configure Stripe from the backend of Synergetic
