Co-Curricular Maintenance - Student Electives bar

Use the Student Electives bar to view details of student co-curricular elective preferences.

Opening the Student Electives bar

To open the Student Electives bar:

Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.

Note: Your organisation may have several Co-Curricular Maintenance modules. Select the module that relates to the co-curricular program you want to maintain.

The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
Click the Student Electives bar.

Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Co-Curricular Maintenance - Student Electives bar key fields and buttons
Electives Filters fields

Field	Description
Students	Select to filter based on the status of student electives. You can select: With submitted electives With submitted electives - Enrolled With submitted electives - Not Enrolled With NO submitted electives.
Campus	Select to filter by campus.
Year Level From/To	Select to filter by a year level.
House	Select to filter by house.
Age From/To	Select to filter by age.
Gender	Select to filter by gender. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.
Show	Select to filter by category level. See Understanding co-curricular terminology.
Select ()	Select the elective preference.
Page size	Select the number of elective preferences displayed on each page.

Grid area fields
Tip: Click the icon to filter the selected column.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the student.
Class	Class of the student.
Age	Age of the student.
Preference	Elective preference of the student.
Mode	Type of selection mode for the elective preference.
Submitted Date	Date the student submitted the elective preference.
Enrolled Date	Date the student enrolled in the elective.
