Creating co-curricular programs

To create a new co-curricular program:

Either click:
• on the Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
• in the toolbar on the Co-Curricular Maintenance window.
The Create New Co-Curricular Program window is displayed.
Select a Campus for the program. For example, Junior.
Type a Code for the program. For example, Basketball.

Note: The Description field is automatically populated with the text entered in the Code field.
Change the Description of the program, if necessary.
Select the co-curricular learning area. For example, Basketball.
Select a Staff Member to manage the co-curricular learning area.
Click .
