Maintaining absence events lookup tables

Some aspects of the absence events function can be configured to suit your organisation's needs.
Lookup tables:

Are used in the absence events function, particularly the Create Absence Event window. See Individual student absence events in the Attendance and absence events manual.
Can be searched for using Lookup Table Maintenance. See Maintaining lookup tables.

luAbsenceEventType	Used mostly to configure the way the Create Absence Event window works.	luAbsenceEventType lookup table
luAbsenceEventsTerminalDefinition		luAbsenceEventsTerminalDefinition lookup table
luAbsenceEventsTerminalReasonDefinition	Used to define absence event reasons displayed on absence terminals at your organisation.	luAbsenceEventsTerminalReasonDefinition lookup table
luAbsenceNotificationReply		luAbsenceNotificationReply lookup table
luAbsencePeriod	Used to configure the: way the Period and Time fields operate on the Create Absence Event window, when entering an absence slip Part of Day value for all modes, except when entering an absence slip.	luAbsencePeriod lookup table
luAbsenceReason	Used to: record reasons that appear on the Create Absence Event window optionally restrict available reasons to those with a matching absence type code.	luAbsenceReason lookup table
luAbsenceType	Used to record the type of absence that appears on the Create Absence Event window.	luAbsenceType lookup table
