luAbsenceNotificationReply lookup table

Code

Unique identifier for the absence notification reply.

This is a user-selectable code, ideally a singly digit code for use when configuring notifications.

Description

Description of the absence notification reply.

AbsenceTypeCode

Type of absence linked to the absence notification reply. See luAbsenceType lookup table.

AbsenceReasonCode

Reason for the absence. See luAbsenceReason lookup table.

This is optional.

ActiveFlag

Whether the selected absence events notification reply is currently active at your organisation.

Type of absence event updated as a result of an absence notification reply. See luAbsenceEventType lookup table.

For example, if an Absence Slip is created sue to a non-attendance, and a notification is sent out, where a parent responds that the student is sick, then for the absence event, the Absence Event Type Code can be updated as an All Day Absence (as per the image above). This allows for relevant metadata do be updated for the absence event if further manual changes are reuired.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
