• This field is defined using the Surname and Given fields on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
• This field has a value of [LastName],[First Name] [Middle Name].  

• This field value is defined using the Religion field on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.

Note: You need to map luReligion values to the LEA values using the LEA interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window.

Note: Lookup values from luReligion that cannot be mapped to LEA values are reported as O - Other.

• This field is defined using the Gender drop-down list on the Personal tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Personal tab.
• The field is populated with the SynergyMeaning selected for the gender in the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.
• This field has a value of:
  
  - Male
  - Female
  - Other.

• This field is defined using the Year Level drop-down list on the Status sub-tab of the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab.

Note: You need to map luYearLevel values to the LEA values using the LEA interface setting. See Using the Interface Settings window.

• This field value is defined using the Include in Export field on the Disability tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Disability tab.
• Students are identified as primary or secondary school students based on their year level (see above).
• This field has a value of:
  
  - Yes when the field is selected
  - No when the field is not selected.

• This field value is defined using the Boarder drop-down list on the School tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - School tab.
• This field has a value of:
  
  - Yes when the value selected in the Boarder drop-down list has a SynergyMeaning of BOARDER
  - No when the value selected in the Boarder drop-down list does not have a SynergyMeaning of BOARDER.
  

• This field is defined using the Indigenous Student and Torres Strait Islander fields on the Flags tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Flags tab.
• This field has a value of:
  
  - Yes when either field is selected
  - No when neither field is selected.

• This field value is defined using the Full Fee Flag on the Debtor tab of Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Debtor tab.
• This field has a value of:
  
  - Yes when the field is selected
  - No when the field is not selected.
