Past Student Maintenance - Comments tab

Use the Comments tab to view all overall assessment comments about the past student.

Opening the Comments tab

To open the Comments tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Comments tab.
The Comments tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Past Student Maintenance - Comments tab key fields

Field	Description
File Type	Type of class. For example: academic classes music classes sport and so on.
Year	Year that the class was held.
Semester	Semester that the class was held.
Campus	Campus at which the student results were assessed.
Code	Code for the class.
Type	Type of comment. For example, S for a staff comment.
Staff ID	Staff ID for the staff member who added the comment.
Comment	Overall assessment comments for the selected class and semester. Note: Double click the Comment field to display multi-line comments.
