Update SAML Certificate \ Error SAML212: Signed SAML response does not match certificate

Synergetic doesn't support SAML metadata. Therefore if there is a certificate update at IDP we'll have to manually update the SAML certificate for SynWeb and CommunityPortal.

Download and install Google Chrome
Add Chrome SAML Decoder extension
Open SynWeb / CommunityPortal URL in Google Chrome
In SAML Decoder copy new certificate value
From SynWeb / CommunityPortal config file find the certificate name
Go to certificate folder
- SynWeb - C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SynWeb\Site\Certificates
- CommunityPortal - C:\inetpub\wwwroot\SynergeticCommunityPortal\Site\Certificates
Backup existing certificate before making any changers
Open the certificate in notepad
Replace the new certificate value captured from SAML Decoder
