SAML Gotcha

Problem: When user click logout in Portal or SynWeb. The following error prompt.

Cause: This is because SAMLLogoutX509CertificatePath is specified, but private key is not provided.

Solution:

1. Leave the SAMLLogoutX509CertificatePath blank, it will use Synergetic default certificate. OR

       2. Enter the privatekey.

Problem: Error 212 when login into SynWeb or Portal

Cause:

1. Certificate does not match
2. SAML Claim attribute name is incorrect

Solution:

1. Update the certificate in ~/Site/Certificate/*.crt
2. Check the SAML Response and see the ClaimAttribute.
