This Error only affects sites in 'Test' mode, if you are experiencing this or a similar issue while Online Payments is in 'Live' mode, please contact Synergetic Support

Summary

When attempting to make a test payment an error is received upon attempting payment or selecting/creating a stored card.

This issue would have started after NAB's updates to their test/demo system on 29/05/2017 which has made compatibility with TLS 1.2 mandatory for all test environments. 

Resolution

This is resolved in Synergetic v67.24 and later builds with the inclusion of TLS 1.2 protocols. If you require the Online Payments test environment and you receive the above errors, please contact us to arrange an upgrade to 67.24 or later.
