How to import exam timetable into Synergetic

Issue

There are lot of things to consider when importing the exam timetable into synergetic.

- Firstly, you will need to create a new Timetable group in luTimetableGroup look up table. Set the Cycle days, Actual Days in Week and the number of Periods in the day.

- Then you will need to create a new Exam File Type in luFileType look up table and make sure the "Timetable Flag" is selected in the look up table.

- Once the File type and Timetable group is created, go to Timetable maintenance and select the Exam File Type.

- You will need to create Timetable Definition for the Exam File type in the Timetable definition tab

- Link Year levels to the Exam Timetable Group in the Timetable Group tab

- Add Calendar events in the Calendar events tab by setting up the dates of the exam and the Calendar type it should follow.

- Then link the exam timetable group along with the timetable day.
