ATTSCREEN report not showing all timetable periods

Problem

Number of timetable periods have increased from 4 periods to 5 periods per day. But the ATTSCREEN report is still showing only 4 periods.

Period 5 has been added to Timetable Definition and is marked as an 'Attendance Entry' period.

Solution

When timetable periods are increased(or decreased), two areas need to be updated in Synergetic.

The new timetable period needs to be added to Timetable Definition under Timetable Maintenance
'Period' field under luTimetableGroup lookup table needs to be adjusted to reflect the actual number of periods. i.e. increase from 4 to 5.

For Internal Use Only

The ATTSCREEN report runs off AttendanceSemesterSummary table. The data in this table is generated via the stored proc spiAttendanceSemesterSummary. The proc needs to be re-run for the table to regenerate data. Any increase/decrease to timetable periods as above will require the proc to be executed again.
