Unique identifier for the absence reason displayed on the terminal.

Description

Description of the absence reason displayed on the terminal.

AvailableInOut

Determines the situation when the selected absence reason is available for selection on the terminal. You can type either:

• IN to make the selected record available to students signing in
• OUT to make the selected record available to students signing out
• RETURN to make the selected record available to students returning to school after an absence.

Available-Terminals

Determines which terminals can display the selected absence reason. Type either:

• ALL to allow all absence event terminals to display the absence reason
• Terminal name to only display the absence reason on a single terminal. See luAbsenceEventsTerminalDefinition lookup table.

 Future development, not in use.

Reason for the absence. See luAbsenceReason lookup table.

AbsenceEvent-TypeCode

Type of absence event linked to the absence reason. See luAbsenceEventType lookup table.

AbsenceTypeCode

Type of absence linked to the absence reason. See luAbsenceType lookup table.

SortOrder

Order the selected absence reason is displayed on the terminal.

ReportCode

 Report name to override crystal report for the student Sign In / Sign Out receipt.

Specified report must be located in C:\SynergeticArrivalDepartureTerminal\Site\Reports folder.

ActiveFlag

Whether the selected absence events terminal reason is currently active at your organisation.

EnableReceipt-Printer

Whether receipt printing is enabled for the selected absence events terminal reason.

ModifiedDate

Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.

ModifiedUser

User that last modified the lookup table entry.
