The changes in this release include Member Verification Request (MVR) capability added to Synergetic. MVR is an ATO-mandated SuperStream message type, effective 1 July 2026, that requires employers to validate employee superannuation fund membership details against those held by the fund itself. Synergetic Payroll now handles this automatically. When you add a new super fund for an employee or update their super fund details, a verification request is sent to the fund in the background - no manual steps required.
If the fund flags a mismatch or error, you’ll see a task in your Action Centre with the details and a direct link to correct the employee’s record. Once corrected, you can resubmit the verification with a single click.
