Checking in guests

Note: You can only check in guests for bookings that have been confirmed and had rooms allocated. See Allocating rooms.

 
To check guests in:

  1. Open the Accommodation Booking List window. See Accommodation Booking List window.
  2. Select the booking for the guests you want to check in.
  3. Select Check-in Guests from the Action... drop-down list.

    The Booking Status is changed to Checked In.
