Confirming accommodation bookings

To confirm an existing booking:

1. Open the Accommodation Booking List window. See Accommodation Booking List window.
2. Select the booking you want to confirm.
   
   
   Tip: You can select multiple bookings if you want to confirm more than one booking at the same time.
   
   Note: Click the [+] sign to expand the drill-down menus and display data for individual guests.
    
3. On the Action... drop-down menu select Confirm Selected Bookings.
   
   The booking status of the selected bookings is changed to Confirmed.
   
   
   Note: You can configure how the Booking Status field is displayed in SynWeb. For example, you can customise the description of a booking status for your organisation, and assign a colour to a booking status. See luObjectBookingStatus lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
