You can use the Test tab to record information about medical tests including:
- test type
- test date
- name of the person that conducted the test
- linked medical conditions
- results.
To open the Test tab:
- Select Students > Medical Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Incidents tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed. - Click the Test tab.

Fields
Field | Description |

Test Type | Type of medical test. For example, Eye test. Note: Medical test types are maintained using the luMedicalTestType lookup table. See the luMedicalTestType lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Test Date | Date the medical test was conducted. |
Tested By | Person that conducted the medical test. |
Test Results | Results of the medical test. |
Buttons
Button | Description |

Add | Add a new test record. |
Cog | Delete the selected test record. |
