Description
The luMedicalConditionSeverity lookup table defines the severity levels of medical conditions.
It is used in the Severity field on the following tabs under Medical Maintenance:
- Allergy tab. See Medical Maintenance - Allergy tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
- Allergies tab. See Medical Maintenance - Allergies tab in the SynWeb Medical details manual.
- Condition sub-tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.
- Incident tab. See Medical Maintenance - Incident tab in the SynWeb Medical details manual.
- Medical Condition tab. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab in the Synergetic Medical details manual.

Field | Description |

Code | Unique code for the severity level. |
Description | Description of the severity level. |
SortOrder | Order the severity levels are displayed in the Severity drop-down list. |
DisplayColour | Highlight colour used to draw attention to the severity levels. |
ActiveFlag | Select if the severity level is used at your organisation. |
ModifiedDate | Community member that last modified the record. |
ModifiedUser | Date the record was last modified. |
