You can use the Test tab to record information about medical tests including:

Opening the Test tab

To open the Test tab:

Open the Medical tab from one of the following maintenance windows:
• Current Student Maintenance. See Current Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Current students manual.
• Future Student Maintenance. See Future Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Future students manual.
• Past Student Maintenance. See Past Student Maintenance - Medical tab in the Past students manual.
• Staff Maintenance. See Staff Maintenance - Medical tab in the Human resources manual.
Click .
The Summary tab of the Medical Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Test tab.
The Test tab of Medical Maintenance is displayed.

Medical Maintenance - Test tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Test Flag	Whether the test is active.
Test Type	Type of medical test. See the luMedicalTestType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Test Date	Date the medical test was conducted.
Test Conducted By	Person that conducted the medical test.
Link Medical Condition	Select a medical condition from the drop-down list to link the condition to the test.
Results	Results of the medical test. Tip: You can double-click the Results field to display the Edit entry window for easier text entry.

Field	Description
Test Type	Type of medical test. See the luMedicalTestType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Test Flag	Whether the test is active.
Test Date	Date the medical test was conducted.
Results	Results of the medical test.
Test Conducted By	Person that conducted the medical test.
Modified By	Community member that last modified the record.
Modified Date	Date the record was last modified.
Cond. Seq	Unique identifying number for the medical condition.
Test. Seq	Unique identifying number for the test.
