SMS Providers - Message Media set up

You can access the MessageMedia Hub to create credentials.

Go to Settings > API Settings

Please create credentials using Legacy Authentication.

The Username is the UserID, and the Password is the Password

Credentials are unable to be viewed after creation, so if you do not know your password this can be reset.

These credentials will be used in the set up in Synergetic.

Select 1- SMS as the notification method, and then click on the config wheel icon to add the new MessageMedia credentials.

Select New and enter the credentials as per the API key generated in MessageMedia.
