Deleting co-curricular programs

To delete a co-curricular program:

Select Curriculum > Co-Curricular Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set Co-Curricular Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the co-curricular program. See Searching for co-curricular programs.
The Students bar of Co-Curricular Maintenance is displayed.
Select a co-curricular program from the Co-Curricular Selector.

Note: You cannot delete co-curricular classes that have existing students. The following message is displayed:

For information about removing students, see Co-Curricular Maintenance - Students bar.
Click .
The Confirm Delete window is displayed.
Type Delete.
Click .
