Use the Co-curricular tab to view and maintain co-curricular details for the selected student.
Note: You need to assign co-curricular classes to the selected student to enable this tab. See the SynWeb Co-Curriculum manual.
Current Student Maintenance - Co-curricular tab key fields and buttons
Fields
Field | Description |

File Type | Select to filter displayed classes based on the type of co-curricular class. For example:

File Term | Select to filter displayed classes based on the co-curricular term. |
Grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Subject class category 1 | Level 1 subject class category. For example, Sport. |
Subject class category 2 | Level 2 subject class category. For example, Squad. |
Subject class category 3 | Level 3 subject class category. For example, Team. |
Class | Co-curricular class code. |
Description | Description of the co-curricular class. |
Start Date | Start date of the co-curricular class. |
Stop Date | End date of the co-curricular class. |
Staff | Staff member assigned to the co-curricular class. |
Comment | Comment field. |
Representation | Whether the student has represented at a professional event or competition. |
Colours | Team colours of the student. |
Position | Role of the student in the co-curricular activity. |
Points | Points earned by the student. |
Buttons
Note: To enable the following buttons you need to select a co-curricular class in the grid area. If there are no co-curricular classes in the grid area you need to assign the student to a class. See Maintaining co-curricular programs in the SynWeb Co-Curriculum manual.
