Use the Schedule tab in conjunction with the Staff Schedule Maintenance program to show:

Opening the Schedule tab

To open the Schedule tab:

Select Module > Students or Assessments, then Class Maintenance.
The Set Class Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the class maintenance functions by clicking or .
Select the required class.
The General tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Schedule tab.
The Schedule tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.

Class Maintenance - Schedule tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
From/To	Select the dates that you want to view scheduled classes between.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Date	Date the class is scheduled.
Time	Time the class is scheduled.
Room	Location of the class.
Team Code	Team code assigned to class. For example, Team A in a tennis class group.
Staff Code	Staff member responsible for the class or co-curricular activity.
Students	Total number of students in the class or co-curricular activity.
Student Name	Name of students linked to the class or co-curricular activity. Format is Surname, Given 1 (preferred).
Class Type	Length and size of class. Values could include: Group 50 minute 30 min lesson 45 min lesson. Can also be used to define: Standby classes used in substitutions. Use a SynergyMeaning of Standby. Fee and pay codes to be used for classes. Classes not to appear in Parent Teacher Interview Maintenance. Use a SynergyMeaning of ExcludePTI to exclude classes. Detention classes to integrate with the Staff Scheduler. Use a SynergyMeaning of Detention.
Comment	Comment entered when class was scheduled using Staff Schedule Maintenance.
Staff ID	Synergetic ID of the staff member responsible.
