Use the Web tab to maintain how academic and co-curricular elective groups are displayed on the Community Portal.
To open the Web tab:
- Select Module > Students > File/Semester Maintenance.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking.
The Student File/Semester Term Maintenance window is displayed. - Click
.
The Cycle Maintenance - General tab window is displayed. - Click the Web tab.
The Web tab is displayed.

Elective Group | Description of the elective group. | |
Publish Text | Description displayed on the Community Portal. | |
Publish Date | From | Date the elective group is published on the Community Portal. |
