Use the Eligibility Rules tab to view which classes and co-curricular programs are displayed as electives on the Community Portal.

Opening the Eligibility Rules tab

To open the Eligibility Rules tab:

Select Module > Students > File/Semester Maintenance.|
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .

The Student File/Semester Term Maintenance window is displayed.
Click .
The Cycle Maintenance - General tab window is displayed.
Click the Eligibility Rules tab.
The Eligibility Rules tab is displayed.

Cycle Maintenance - Eligibility Rules tab key fields

Field	Description
ActiveOnly	Select to only display active records.
Elective Group	Description of the elective group. See luElectiveGroup lookup table in the Community Portal configuration manual.
Type	File type of the academic class or co-curricular program. See the luFileType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Class	Code	Academic class or co-curricular program code.
Class	Description	Description of the academic class or co-curricular program.
Active	Whether the selected academic class or co-curricular program is active.
Gender	Gender of the elective group. Note: You can define the list of genders used at your organisation using the luGender lookup table. See luGender lookup table.
Campus	Campus of the elective group.
Year Level	From	Minimum year level allowed.
Year Level	To	Maximum year level allowed.
Age	From	Minimum age allowed.
Age	To	Maximum age allowed.
