Determining Crystal Report user credentials

To determine the Crystal Reports user credentials:

Log into SQL Server Management Studio.
SQL Server Management Studio is displayed.
Select the database that corresponds to your Synergetic build.
Click .
Enter the following query.

The Crystal report user credentials are displayed.
Record the user name. In this case, zSynergetic_crystal_finance.
Copy the encrypted password.
Open the Excryption/Decryption Test application.

Note: The Excryption/Decryption Test application is located in the APPS(\\ZEUS) (F:)\SynExcryptV1 folder.

The Excryption/Decryption Test window is displayed.
Paste the encrypted password into the Encrypted field.
Click .
Record the decrypted password displayed in the Clear text field.
