Description
The SMS:CharacterCount setting is used to set the maximum number of characters that can be sent via SMS.
See Sending SMS text messages in the Introduction manual.

Default value
The default value is 160.

Setting a different value
Set the Value field on the Configuration File Maintenance window. See Maintaining configuration files.
