luLOTEProgramType lookup table

Description

The luLOTEProgramType lookup table is used to set Program Type codes for LOTE programs offered at your organisation.

It is used on the LOTE Codes tab of the School Settings Maintenance window. See School Settings Maintenance - LOTE Codes tab.

Note: Entries in the luLOTEProgramType lookup table cannot be added manually. Use the button to launch the Load Lookup Table data from CDA Ref table window and select your External System Type to populate the table automatically.
Once an entry has been loaded, you can edit the fields to suit the requirements of your organisation

Fields

Field	Description
Code	Synergetic code for the LOTE program type.
CEOCode	Catholic Education Office code for the LOTE program type.
Description	Description of the program type.
ExternalSystemType	Code for the external authority that provides the ExternalSystemCodes. List of External Authorities/Data Providers: CEOVIC See: Overview of Reference Tables - Externally Supplied Data
ExternalSystemCode	Code assigned by the external system for LOTE program types.
ModifiedDate	Date and time the lookup table entry was last modified.
ModifiedUser	User that last modified the lookup table entry.
