Use the LOTE Codes tab to maintain information about different LOTE (Languages Other Than English) programs associated with your school.
Note: The grid values entered on this tab should correspond to information in the luLanguage lookup table. See luLanguage lookup table.
To open the LOTE Codes tab:
- Select Module > System > School Settings Maintenance from the main menu.

Grid Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Code | Unique code for the LOTE used within your organisation. See luLanguage lookup table. |
Description | Description of the LOTE program. |
Ext System | Select the external system that the LOTE Code corresponds to. For example, CEO - Catholic Education Office. |
Ext Code | Code for the LOTE used by the external system. |
Program Type | Program type for the LOTE. Program Types are defined in the luLOTEProgramType lookup table. |
Buttons

Add a new line to the grid and enter information. | |
Delete the selected entry from the grid. |
