Payroll Maintenance - STP Events tab

Use the STP Events tab to view details of STP Event submission files where the selected payroll employee is the payee.

Opening the STP Events tab

To open the STP Events tab:

Select Payroll > Payroll Employee Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Payroll Search Criteria window is displayed.
Search for the employee payroll record for the staff member. See Searching for payroll employees.
The Personal tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the STP Events tab.
The STP Events tab of the Payroll Maintenance window is displayed.

Payroll Maintenance - STP Events tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Search	Search the currently selected STP event. Note: You can click to view the next search result.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Posting Number	Posting number of the STP event.
Pay/Update Date	Posting date the STP event.
Submission ID	Submission ID of the STP event.
Period Start Date	Start date of the pay period processed in the STP event.
Period End Date	End date of the pay period processed in the STP period.
Pay Type	Type of pay records included in the STP event
Gross Payment	Gross payment.
SGC Amount	Total amount of the Super Guarantee Charge (SGC) for the selected STP event.
Tax Withheld	Total amount of tax withheld.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Expand the STP event page tree.
	Collapse the STP event page tree.
	Show the Payroll Event Payee details in the STP event page tree.
	View the next search result.
	Export the currently selected STP event record as a text file.
	View the Single Touch Payroll report for the selected STP event.
