Use the Material tab to view materials used by the past student on external or internal courses.
To open the Material tab:
- Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking.
- Select the past student. See Searching for past students.

Past Student Maintenance - Material tab grid area fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Mrtl Seq | Number to identify the material. |
Campus | Campus of the student. |
Code | Code of the material. |
Area Seq | Number to identify the area. |
Mrl Campus | Campus that the material comes from. |
Mrl Code | Code that identifies the type of material. |
Returnable | Selected if the material is returnable. |
Sent Student | Date the material was sent to the student. |
Rcvd Student | Date the material was received by the student. |
Comment | Any comments about the use of the materials. |
