Past Student Maintenance - Results tab

Use the Results tab to view assessment results for classes attended by the past student.

Opening the Results tab

To open the Results tab:

Select Module > Development > Past Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Past Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the past student functions by clicking .
Select the past student. See Searching for past students.
The Personal tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Results tab.
The Results tab of the Past Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Past Student Maintenance - Results tab key fields

Field	Description
File Type	Type of class. For example: academic classes music classes sport and so on.
Year / Sem	Year and semester that the class was held.
Campus	Campus at which the student results were assessed.
Code	Class code for the class being assessed.
Seq	Sequence number of the student results.
Result	Assessment results.
Topic Comment	Comments at the topic level. Note: Double click the Topic Comment field to display multi-line comments.
