Linking to existing medical conditions

To link to an existing medical condition:

Click .
The Confirm window is displayed.
Click .
The Existing Medical Conditions window is displayed.

Note: You can add medical conditions using the Condition sub-tab on the Medical Condition tab of Medical Maintenance. See Medical Maintenance - Medical Condition tab - Condition sub-tab.
Select the checkbox next to the medical conditions to be linked.
Click .
