Course Details Maintenance - Classes tab (Future students)

Use the Classes tab to:

view classes the student is attending as part of the course
modify the student's class details
load default classes for the course from Course Maintenance.

Tip: See the Buttons area for details of how to maintain the fields.

Opening the Classes tab

To open the Classes tab:

Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking .
Search for the future student. See Searching for future students.
Open the Courses tab of the Future Student Maintenance window.
The Courses tab of the Future Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the course to maintain.
Click .
The Enrolment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Classes tab.
The Classes tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.

Course Details Maintenance - Classes tab key fields and buttons
Grid area fields

Field	Description
Class	Abbreviation for the class.
Description	Description populated from Class Maintenance. See Maintaining classes in the Assessments and reports manual.
Status	Abbreviation of the state of completion for this class for the selected student.
Staff	Abbreviation for the staff member taking the class.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Launch Class Maintenance for the selected class. See Maintaining classes in the Assessments and reports manual.
	Modify the student's class details. See Modifying student class details (future students). Tip: Double click on the selected class in the grid area to modify the details.
