Course Details Maintenance - Payment tab (Future students)

Use the Payment tab to view:

Opening the Payment tab

To open the Payment tab:

Select Module > Future Students > Future Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Future Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the future student functions by clicking .
Search for the future student. See Searching for future students.
Open the Courses tab of the Future Student Maintenance window.
The Courses tab of the Future Student Maintenance window is displayed.
Select the course to maintain.
Click .
The Enrolment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Payment tab.
The Payment tab of the Course Details Maintenance window is displayed.

Course Details Maintenance - Payment tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Debtor ID	Debtor ID for the debtor responsible for the student's course.
Name	Name of the debtor.
Course Fees	Cost of the course. For details of the course fees, see the Course Details Maintenance - Charges tab (Future students).
Charged	Total the student has been charged for the course.
Paid	Amount paid for the course to date.
Owing	Amount owed for the course.
Overall Balance	Overall amount owed by the debtor. This is from the Financial tab of Debtor Maintenance. See Debtor Maintenance - Financial tab in the Debtors manual.
Last Pay't Date / Last Pay't Amt	Date and amount of the most recent payment. These values are from the Receipts tab of Debtor Maintenance. In the example, the details from the most recent receipt are used. See Debtor Maintenance - Receipts tab in the Debtors manual.
