Future Student Maintenance - Accommodation tab

The Accommodation tab of Future Student Maintenance:

• Is used to manage:
• bookings with accommodation suppliers, such as hostels
• bookings with one of a student's contacts, such as a relative or an individual providing home stay services.
• Makes use of Object Maintenance. For additional information, see the Objects Overview manual.

Before beginning, see Accommodation objects (Future students).
Follow your organisation's policy for vetting organisations and individuals that provide accommodation services to your students.

How to:

• Book accommodation with accommodation suppliers, such as hostels and home stays. See Booking accommodation with accommodation suppliers (Future students).
• Edit an existing accommodation booking. See Editing accommodation bookings (Future students).
• Delete an existing accommodation booking. See Deleting accommodation bookings (Future students).
• Nominate contacts the student could stay with. See Linking contacts that a student could stay with (Future students).
• Book accommodation with one of the nominated contacts. See Booking accommodation with a student's contact (Future students).
• Delete a nominated contact, along with any bookings. See Deleting a linked accommodation record (Future students).
