Use the Enrol Status window to:

Create New Future Student - Enrol Status window key fields
Fields

Field	Description
Status	Status of the future student's application. The typical default options are: Note: Use the luFutureStatus lookup table to maintain entries. See luFutureStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
	Status	Description
	A	Application made.
	D	Deferred.
	F	Finalised.
	O	Deferred.
	W	Waitlisted.
	X	Cancelled by the applicant.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Status	Status of the application. See Status field above.
Description	Brief description of the status.
Status Count	Total number of students with the same: enrolment year campus year level gender status. The count increases each time a student with this status is added to the database.
Places	Number of student places allocated for this gender and status within the year level for a given year. This is based on: enrolment year campus year level gender status. This number is specified in the luFutureYearPlaces lookup table. See luFutureYearPlaces lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Rank Count	Count of future students with the same: enrolment year campus year level gender status.
