Use the Students tab to view the list of current students attending the course.
Note: You add students to courses through the Current Student Maintenance - Courses tab in the Current students manual.
To open the Students tab:
- Select Module > Students or Assessments > Course Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Course Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the course functions by clickingor
.
- Search for the course. See Searching for courses.

Filter area fields
Field | Description |

Students | Select to display:

Include Linked Courses | Select to include all the courses that share a link with the current course. See Course Maintenance - Linked Courses tab. |
Status | Select to only display courses of a particular status. For example, completed or place offered. |
Normal/Finalised Only | Select to only display courses with a status of Normal or Finalised. |
Grid area fields
Fields | Description |

Student Name | Name of the student. |
Status | Student's status code for the course.
The student's status is maintained using the Course Status field on the Enrolment tab of Course DetailsMaintenance. See Course Details Maintenance - Enrolment tab (Current students) in the Current students manual. |
Description | Describes the status of the student's enrolment in the course. |
ID | Student's Synergetic ID. |
