Course Maintenance - Staff tab

Use the Staff tab to view and maintain staff members who teach the course.

Opening the Staff tab

To open the Staff tab:

Select Module > Students or Assessments > Course Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Course Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the course functions by clicking or .
Search for the course. See Searching for courses.
The General tab of the Course Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Staff tab.
The Staff tab of the Course Maintenance window is displayed.

Course Maintenance - Staff tab key fields and buttons
Fields

Field	Description
Name	Staff member's name.
Code	Staff member's code.
ID	Staff member's Synergetic ID.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Launch Staff Maintenance for the selected staff member. See Maintaining staff in the Human resources manual.
	Launch the Staff Search window to select a staff member to add to the course.
	Remove the selected staff member from the course.
	Move the selected staff member up in the list.
	Move the selected staff member down in the list.
