Use the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab to select learning areas relevant to the individual plan.

Opening the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab

To open the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab:

Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .
Search for the student. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
Click the Individual Plans tab.
The Individual Plans tab is displayed.
Click the Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab.
The Relevant Learning Areas sub-tab is displayed.

Plan Relevant To	Select whether the plan is relevant to either: all classes classes in selected learning areas.

Grid area fields

Field	Description
Learning Area	Learning area code. For example, MATH. See the Maintaining learning areas in the Curriculum manual.
Description	Description of the learning area.
Relevant	Whether the learning area is relevant to the individual learning plan.
