Use the Activities sub-tab to maintain activities associated with the individual plan.
To open the Activities sub-tab:
- Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking.
- Search for the student. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
- Click the Individual Plans tab.
The Individual Plans tab is displayed. - Click the Activities sub-tab.

Fields
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Created By | Community member that created the activity. |
Activity | Type of activity. For example, Team meeting. See the luIndividualPlanActivityType lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Activity Date | Date scheduled for the activity. |
Activity Status | Status of the activity. For example, Pending. See the luIndividualPlanStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual. |
Follow Up | Select if the activity requires a follow-up. |
Follow Up Date | Date to follow-up on the activity. |
Follow Up By | Community member to follow-up on the activity. |
Comment | Additional comments relating to the activity. |
