Use the Individual Plans tab to maintain tailored learning plans for individual students.

Note: The Individual Plan icon is displayed when a student has an active learning plan. See Using notification icons in the Introduction manual.

Opening the Individual Plans tab

To open the Individual Plans tab:

Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking .
Search for the student. See Searching for existing students in the Current students manual.
Click the Individual Plans tab.
The Individual Plans tab is displayed.

Fields

Field	Description
Plan Type	Type of individual plan. See the luIndividualPlanType lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Topic/Skill Area	Topic or skill area covered in the individual plan. See the luIndividualPlanArea lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Plan Status	Status of the individual plan. See the luIndividualPlanStatus lookup table in the System maintenance manual.
Start Date	Date the individual plan starts.
End Date	Date the individual plan ends.
Review Date	Review date for the individual plan.
Reason for Plan	Reason for the individual plan.
Staff Member Responsible	Staff member responsible for administering the individual plan.
Other Staff	Other staff assisting with the individual plan.
ActiveFlag	Whether the individual plan is active. Note: This field is selected when the current date is within the Start Date and End Date fields.
