You can export student results to Microsoft Excel from three of the tabs of the Student Results Maintenance window:
- All Students tab. See Student Results Maintenance - All Students tab.
- Mark Book tab. See Student Results Maintenance - All Students tab.
- Assessment tab. See Student Results Maintenance - Assessment tab.
During the process you can decide what fields to include in the output using the Transfer Data into Excel window.
You can also import results from Excel, one column at a time.
How to:
- Export student results for a class using the All Students tab. See Exporting results to Microsoft Excel for a class.
- Export student results for classes using the Assessment tab. See Exporting results to Microsoft Excel for classes in a subject assessment.
- Export student mark book results for a class using the Mark Book tab. See Exporting mark book results to Microsoft Excel.
- Import student results for a class from Excel using the All Students tab. See Importing results from Excel to the highlighted results column.
