Class Maintenance - Print Flags tab

Use the Print Flags tab to maintain the subject assessment areas to be printed by default for the class.
Note: The Print Flags tab only appears when the Subject Assessment Area the class is linked to has Print Selectable for Result selected on the Summary tab.

Opening the Print Flags tab

To open the Print Flags tab:

Select Module > Students or Assessments, then Class Maintenance.
The Set Class Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the class maintenance functions by clicking or .
Select the required class.
The General tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.
Click the Print Flags tab.
The Print Flags tab of the Class Maintenance window is displayed.

Fields

Field	Description
Area Seq	Sequence number automatically generated when the assessment area was created.
Heading	Subject assessment area heading.
Default Print	Select to set the default assessment area for printing.

Buttons

Button	Description
	Update the print flags for the assessment areas in the class. The following window is displayed. Either: select the assessment area's print flag so that it is printed on the students' reports for the class clear the assessment area's print flag so that it is not printed.
