Use the Utilities window to apply defaults to students and classes.
To open the Utilities window:
- Select Curriculum > Results Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Results Maintenance Search Criteria window is displayed. - Search for the class. See Searching for student results.
The class grid is displayed. - Click the launch link of the class you want to manage results for.
The Single window of Results Maintenance is displayed. - Click
.
The Utilities window of Results Maintenance is displayed.

Apply default result classification to current student only | Apply the default result classification for this subject to the current student. Apply default print flag to current student only | Apply the default print flags for this class to the current student. Note: The default print flags are maintained in Synergetic See Class Maintenance - Print Flags tab and Subject Assessment Area - Summary tab - Summary sub-tab in the Synergetic Assessment and reports manual. |
Apply default result to all class | Apply the default result for this result type to the whole class. Note: The default result is maintained in Synergetic. See luReportResultType lookup table in the Synergetic System maintenance manual. |
