This article explains how the Activity By list is populated.

Resolution

In order for a Staff member to be in the Activity by drop down the staff member will need to have the Constituency code of FSAS - Future Student Activity Staff in Community.

Considerations

When the Staff member leaves they will remain in this drop down as long as the constituency still exists against the Community Record. If you no longer wish for them to be in the list you need to remove the constituency.
