Can we have access to the webinar’s recording? 

Unfortunately no. However as these sessions are free, you are more than welcome to join again in future sessions and as Synergetic continues to include new features, we will be including them. 

Drag and drop from Outlook - how does this work? 

Allows you to add emails to the Correspondence tab of a maintenance program by dragging and dropping the emails from Microsoft Outlook into the tab (MS Outlook must be on 32-bit version for this feature to work). Please click here for more information. 

How do I add new columns to the grid window again?  

Right click in the grid window > Enable Grid Enhancements 

I don't have the email function. I can only SMS. How do I add the email in the grid as an option? 

Please contact your school’s system administrator/I.T. This is controlled by your permissions within Synergetic. 

I am curious about emailing from Debtors as well.  Does it save a copy in Outlook and also in Debtor Comms?   

It does not save a copy into Outlook, however it does save into the Correspondence tab. 

Can we add country of birth into the grid window? 

Unfortunately no. However the option HomeCountryCode is available. 

When you email in Synergetic can you see a record of it somewhere? 

Yes, the email can be seen in the Correspondence tab or Community module > Communication tab. 

Can a public tag list only be edited (people added or removed and resaved) by the person who initially created it? 

Correct. Only the user who created the public tag list can edit or delete it. 

Is there a cost to update to a version?
