Student Missing Classes After Term Rollover

Summary

The school has rolled over into the next term however some students are missing classes.

Resolution

A common reason this occurs is that the student was set as non-assessable in the classes in the previous term. This means that the classes didn't transfer. A school may have many reasons why a student is non-assessable in class but is still attending that class.

There is a config key to make non-assessable classes transfer.

CreateNextSemester | StudentClasses | Transfer | NonAssessableClasses

Set this to true and run create next term again.

Considerations

Consider why the student has been marked as non-assessable. You should also consider when changing this setting to true that now all non-assessable classes will always transfer. If you do not want this to happen then you will need to add the student manually to the class each time.
