Summary | We are pleased to announce that Version 72.31 of the Synergetic suite of products is available now. This release includes the following improvements and bug fixes. |
Issue Type | Issue Key | Summary | Module/Program | Comment | Service Desk Reference Number(s) |
| Improvement | PRD-4710 | Upgrade to NAB Transact Direct Post Version (DPV2) | CommunityPortal, ApplicationPortal, EventBooking, CoreAPI, Database | For customers using NAB Transact to process payments, we have upgraded to DPV2. The upgrade improves security, processing speed, fraud prevention, and provides expanded card scheme support. Your payment processing functionality is otherwise unaffected. Any schools using NAB Transact as the payment gateway for Synergetic Payments are advised to upgrade to this version or later before 30th November to ensure payments can continue to be processed without disruption. | |
| Defect | TRIAG-5038 | On SynWeb Attendance Search, unmarked classes do not load correctly when "Show All Classes Not Yet Marked by a Staff Member" is selected | SynWeb | Selecting "Show All Classes Not Yet Marked by a Staff Member" now refreshes the results grid straight away, so classes still waiting for attendance show up instead of a No data to display message. | 2567648 |
| Defect | TRIAG-5375 | PUT FutureStudent API call attempts to update Government Student Number when not supplied, which results in an error | Database | Added a validation check to prevent updates when the supplied Government Student Number is empty. | 2587244 |
| Defect | TRIAG-5365 | Synergetic Bulk Class Cancellation - cancellation reason comments are not displayed in the process list | Synergetic | The cancel reason comment for bulk class cancellation is now always displayed in the process list. | 2608461 |
