Outputting the Yard Duty Daily Report

To output the Yard Duty Daily Report to Excel:

Select Reports > Yard Duty Daily Report from the main menu.

The Save As dialog window is displayed.
Either:
• type a new name into the File name field
• select an existing file.
Click .
The Confirm dialog window is displayed if you are overwriting an existing file.
Click .
The Microsoft Excel dialog window is displayed if you are running a more recent version of Excel.
Click .
The Yard Duty All Teachers Report is displayed in Excel.
